  • The liquor laws require a licensee to lodge a return every second year from 2010.
  • This return must be lodged by 31 March 2014.
  • The information you provide in the return should be current at the date of lodgement.
  • The information you provide will facilitate regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.
  • There is no fee payable for lodging a return.
  • Non lodgement may result in an adverse compliance event being recorded against a licensee and a maximum penalty of $11,000 or imprisonment for 12 months, or both. Infringement notices of $1,100 may also be issued.
  • Before you start, make sure you have checked your licence details at www.licence.nsw.gov.au/licencecheck.
  • Allow 15 minutes to complete this online return.
  • The return must be completed within a single 60-minute session. Alternatively, you can complete part of the return, save the details entered to that point, finish the remaining details later, and then lodge the return.
